General conditions pertaining to deliveries by JEJEshop to private persons

These general conditions are applicable to all offers and agreements presented on JEJEshop.nl.
JEJE Produkt reserves the right to supplement or amend these general conditions, of which we provide a summary below.

Prices:
All prices read in euros and are inclusive of VAT; however we reserve the right to correct typing errors.

Payment:
Payment is to be made into our account in advance.

Delivery:
Products are delivered within a few days from receipt of payment.
If a product is not in stock, we will contact the customer to discuss subsequent delivery, crediting or reimbursement.

Exchange:
One product may only be exchanged for another if the former is still in the original packaging and permission thereto has been granted.
Postage/carriage charges are for the sender’s account.

Force majeure:
JEJEshop is not liable for not delivering products (in a timely manner) due to such products being out of stock or in case of force majeure situations arising.
